Important Update: Termination of Dealing Hotline Service

     Dear Valued Clients,

    Arta Global Markets Limited and Arta Global Futures Limited have enabled clients to trade via APP (ARTA ONE) since March 2023 and July 2023, respectively, 

    for a more efficient trading environment and user-friendly experience. We will conclude the transition period by the end of October 2024 and terminate our dealing hotline (852) 3513 8080. 

    From 1st November 2024, please email us at trading@artatechfin.com for future manual trading requests. Our dedicated team is prepared to assist you promptly. 

    However, please note the potential delays associated with email trading orders. Clients might miss their desired trading prices during market fluctuations.

    For clients who wish to trade at their desired price without delay, we strongly encourage them to contact our CS team at (852) 3513 8000 or cs@artatechfin.com to facilitate the onboarding to our APP.
