The Faster Payment System (FPS) is a financial infrastructure launched by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in 2018. It is operated by the Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited and provides real-time, free cross-bank payment services in Hong Kong 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering a safe, efficient, and convenient retail payment solution for consumers and merchants.The process is easy and quick - customers do not need to register their mobile number or email address for FPS. They can simply use the FPS identifier (e.g. ARTA Global Markets Limited's FPS ID) to transfer funds.

Simple and Quick Transfer Procedure
①Log in to your online banking account
②Select the "Transfer" function.
③Enter the FPS ID for ArtaGM Global Markets Limited (8534208) or ArtaGM Global Futures Limited (1288778)
④ 向裕承環球市場有限公司 ARTA Global Markets Limited 提供成功轉帳之憑證（如該存款屬激活帳戶用途，需額外提交如結單、銀行卡、銀行開戶通知書作銀行証明）

Sending Deposit Notification via Registered Email,Clients can send the deposit notification to the customer service email, and the email should include:i. The account number ii. The registered ID card name
Deposit Notice
①The cutoff time for processing deposit notifications is 4:00 pm on each trading day. All deposit applications submitted after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
②The company does not accept cash deposits or third-party deposits other than the client's own.
③For clients using the FPS (Faster Payment System) channel to make deposits, please retain a screenshot of the successful transfer for future reference and verification purposes.
