Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) refers to a security process that verifies a user's identity using two of the following factors: private information, personal items, and biometric characteristics. This is an effective mechanism to prevent hacker attacks. In October 2017, the Securities and Futures Commission published guidelines to "reduce hacking risks in internet trading", which were fully implemented by the end of April 2018.
ArtaGM implements two-factor authentication for all login procedures on its trading platforms. Please follow the instructions below to set up your electronic device to continue using your selected trading platform.
