Take a screenshot of the successful transfer (if it is a cheque deposit, please also submit a copy of the cheque).
Fill in the following information on the deposit voucher:① Customer Name; ② Account Number; ③ Signature to confirm
① WhatsApp channel: Send the deposit voucher to our WhatsApp number: (852) 54 279 279 using the registered phone number
② Online platform channel: Log in to the web or PC platform, select "Deposit Notification" and enter the corresponding information to submit
③ Email channel: Send the deposit voucher to the email address cs@artatechfin.com using your registered email
④ Fax channel: Send the deposit voucher to our fax number: (852) 2815 6728
WHATSAPP Reporting Notice
*Customers using this channel must:
1.Report through the registered mobile phone;
2.Provide the account number;
3.Name (consistent with the ID card)
Deposit Notices
① The deadline for processing deposit notifications is 4:00 PM on each business day (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). All deposit applications submitted after the deadline will be processed on the next business day.
② The company does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third parties other than the customer
③ For any deposit amount exceeding HKD 100,000, the customer must provide relevant proof of deposit to confirm the deposit is from the customer themselves.
④ For cheque deposits, the customer must provide both the front image of the cheque and the deposit receipt. If the cheque image cannot be provided, an additional charge of HKD 50 for cheque printing will be collected (the actual amount charged will be based on the bank's policy)
⑤ Please retain the screenshot of the successful transfer for future verification purposes

① 線上平台途徑: 登入網頁版或PC版平台, 點選「提款通知」並輸入相應資料提交
② 電郵途徑: 使用閣下之登記電郵發送提款通知至cs@artatechfin.com郵箱
③ 電話途徑: 致電本司之客戶服務部熱線(852) 3513 8000或國內客服熱線 4001 200 279
