Online Account Opening Process(process for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices)
The customer can first download the company's mobile app "Citizen Trading Treasure" or access the Citizen Securities official website on a computer and click the "Online Account Opening" button in the bottom right corner to enter the account opening homepage
Step 1:The customer completes and submits the online account opening application.
Step 2:Citizen Securities conducts an internal review and approval process.
Step 3:The customer's account is successfully opened but not yet activated.
Step 4:The customer activates the account.
Step 5:The customer can begin trading.
Considerations
1.If needed, the customer can note down the reference number of the account opening application to check the progress or update the application details.
2.All cases approved by the company are considered as successfully opened accounts (generally takes 2-3 business days). The customer will receive a notification email from the company, along with the online platform login credentials and activation instructions.
3.Before officially activating the account, the customer cannot perform any transactions or account-related operations.
4.For security reasons, the customer should change the login password regularly. Especially upon first login, the customer should change the electronic password to prevent account theft.
5.The customer's login username and password are important information and should not be disclosed to others.
