Through a margin account, clients can use the purchased stocks as collateral for borrowing, allowing them to invest several times the principal amount.<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">2.When the margin account is insufficient, will the account be liquidated?</h3>Due to the fluctuations in securities market prices, when the deposit in a client's margin trading account falls below the required margin level, ArtaGM reserves the right to make a margin call and demand additional margin or collateral from the client. If the client fails to meet the margin call in a timely manner, ArtaGM has the right to force liquidate the client's position without prior notice. In such a scenario, ArtaGM will have the authority to sell part or all of the client's stock holdings to offset the outstanding margin requirement.<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">3.How to calculate margin account interest?</h3>When the principal balance in a margin trading account is in the negative, ArtaGM will charge the client a specified interest rate on the debit balance.
