<h3>1.Here are the step-by-step guidelines for depositing physical stock certificates:</h3>Step 1:Please have the client sign the back of the original stock certificate in the "Signature of Transferor" section This signature must match the signature registered with the stock transfer office for verification purposes.Step 2:The client should personally submit the physical stock certificate to our company at the following address: 13/F, Fortuna House, 77-79 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">2.Processing Time</h3>If the stock certificate and signature information are correct, the transfer-in process will be completed within 15 business days from the date we receive the physical stock. (The client can check the information of the physical stock on the same-day statement, but the stock cannot be traded or operated on during the settlement period.)<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">3.Deposit Fee for Physical Stock</h3>The client will be charged a government stamp duty fee of HKD 5 per stock certificate.

<h3>Here are the step-by-step guidelines for withdrawing physical stock certificates</h3>Step 1: The client needs to fill out and sign the "Physical Stock Withdrawal Instruction Form". The signature must match the one used during account opening.Step 2: The client should take a photo of the signed form and email it to cs@artatechfin.com.Step 3: After verifying the form information, we will proceed to withdraw the physical stock certificates from the central depository on the client's behalf.Step 4: Once the withdrawal is complete, Antichain Global will notify the client to come to our office to collect the physical stock certificates. The client must bring the original "Physical Stock Withdrawal Instruction Form" and their identification document.Step 5: The physical stock certificates will be registered under the central depository's name. If needed, the client is responsible for paying any related taxes and handling the stock transfer procedures. Antichain Global does not provide stock transfer services.<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">Things to note：</h3>1.Fees: Handling fee: HKD 1.5 per board lot Central Depository fee: HKD 3.5 per board lot (including odd lots) Minimum fee: HKD 30 2.Processing Time: It typically takes 3-5 business days to complete the withdrawal process. 3.Authorized Pickup: If the client cannot personally come to Antichain Global to collect the physical stock certificates, they can authorize another person to do so. The authorized person must bring the authorization letter, both parties' identification documents, and the original "Physical Stock Withdrawal Instruction Form" signed by the client. 4.Unclaimed Stock: If the client does not collect the physical stock certificates within 30 days of receiving the notification, we will re-deposit the stock into the central depository. The related fees will not be refunded in this case.
